The Town of Virgin
uses the City of St. George, Utah, Standard Specifications
for Design and Construction requirements for design and construction
within the Town of Virgin with modifications. 

Some items in the St. George Standard Specifications for Design and Construction requirements are modified as defined herein to produce the
Virgin Standard Specifications for Design and Construction requirements.

The Virgin Town Council will make a final decision on any questions
that may arise as to items that were either modified or not modified.
